Data deletion request

Preamble does not require an account, so there is no account profile to delete. You can still request removal of specific data, or everything at once.

Most data never leaves your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data instantly removes bookmarks, progress, settings, and downloaded audio. No email required.

Bookmarks, listening progress, settings, and downloaded audio chapters stored on your phone.

How: Uninstall the app or go to Settings → Clear App Data on your device. No email needed; this is instant and complete.

Purchase records

The anonymous identifier and receipt used by RevenueCat to remember what you have unlocked.

How: Email us at hello@baulin.co.uk with the subject "Partial data deletion: purchases". We will request removal from RevenueCat on your behalf.

Everything (full removal)

A request to delete all data associated with your use of Preamble across all systems.

How: Email us at hello@baulin.co.uk with the subject "Full data deletion request". Include the email of the App Store (Apple Account) or Google Play account you purchased with, and the device(s) you used.
